ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Pick up daily mail from Post Office
+ Sort all mail (separate the mail that will go out to other locations)
+ Ensure mail/packages are addressed to the correct location
+ Receive FedEx, UPS packages and log in all tracking numbers
+ Manage all deliveries of mail, letters, packages and interoffice for each facility
+ Stock break rooms with updated prices
+ Assist facilities with special projects
+ Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
+ Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
+ Provide excellent customer service.
+ Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
+ Maintain accurate records of phone calls, visitors, badge activations
+ Be at your desk ready to work at your scheduled time
+ Submit monthly numbers, accomplishments and opportunities at the end of month to your direct manager
+ Ensure that all Lobby areas, including the reception, meeting rooms seating area, corridors and public spaces are presentable at all times if needed
Qualifications:
+ Reliable Transportation
+ Outstanding Attendance
+ Customer service and/or office related experience preferred.
+ Basic mathematical skills.
+ Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
+ Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.
+ Handle multiple projects at one time.
+ Able to meet deadlines.
+ Lifting up to 50 lbs.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Ability to exhibit Executive customer service
