    **Position Description:** Interventional Radiology RN

     

    The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Independently functions during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision.

     

    + Provides critical nursing care to include administration of moderate sedation, monitoring for complications, and preparation for interventional procedures.

    + Provide nursing care to Emergency patients having during interventional procedure.

    + Monitor and record procedures.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + 1 year of Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology, ICU or ER experience

    + Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Preferred)

    + Active Florida RN or Multistate RN License

    + Active BLS & ACLS certifications (accepted from Red Cross, American Heart Association and Military only)
