    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee all maintenance activities across multiple properties within the region, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

    + Lead, train, and mentor on-site maintenance teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    + Assists with preventive maintenance programs to ensure the long-term health and functionality of all building systems and equipment.

    + Provide hands-on support for complex maintenance issues, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.

    + Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

    + Assists with preparation and monitoring of property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.

    General Requirements:

    + At least 5 years of residential maintenance is required.

    + EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification or higher is required

    + Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance are required

    + Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is strongly preferred.

    + Advanced knowledge and proficiency of building maintenance principles including standard practices and methods of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances, swimming pools, hot tubs, plowing and HVAC

    + Advanced knowledge of tools and equipment used in building maintenance such as but not limited to electric drills & saws, volt and gas meters, key machine, power drain cleaner (snake), ladders etc.

    + Builds trust and communicate effectively within property, across company departments and in the community.

    + Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).

    Schedule:

    Full-time hours, including weekends as needed.
