    Summary

    The Client Specialist Team Lead will serve as Team Lead to Client Specialists in Market. Reviews, coaches, trains to drive Op Excellence/Quality Quarterly and as-needed reviews with RM input as well. Partners with assigned RM(s) and other Relationship Team Members and backs up other CSs as needed. Serves as a primary contact to clients for service and support.

    Responsibilities

    + Serves as Team Lead to Client Specialists in Market

    + Reviews, coaches, trains

    + Quarterly and as-needed reviews with RM input as well

    + Provides servicing for Clients:

    + Loans

    + Deposits

    + Treasury Management (with TM partners)

    + Fund transfers (wires, online banking, etc.)

    + Creates all client (eCIF) records

    + Works on loan related tasks (inputting data, closing, booking, and funding) by:

    + Partnering with RM for CCL loans

    + Partnering with RM & PM on RM/PM channel loans

    + Opens, sells and manages deposit accounts

    + Partners with TMSO/TMSA on Treasury Management product onboarding & servicing

    + Drives Operational Excellence:

    + Clearing exceptions

    + Maintaining regulatory compliance

    + Managing fraud and red flags, etc.er

    Experience and Qualifications

    + Minimum 7 years of banking experience

    + Must be highly team and client service focused, detail-oriented, organized, and have strong writing and communication skills

    + Must be experienced with coaching, training, evaluating and reviewing.
