_Hybrid work schedule available, up to 50% telework depending on business needs. Telework can be outside of the state of Minnesota if the candidate lives in a state bordering Minnesota and lives 50 miles or less from the primary work location. This position regularly participates on and leads IT/cybersecurity examinations to facilitate the effective supervision and regulation of financial institutions. The position also provides support and training to division examination staff and is responsible for overseeing the division's event notification system, as well as facilitating, both orally and written, industry communications.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Three (3) years of financial services, banking regulations, examinations and/or expertise in a financial services or other relevant specialty.
+ Proficient technical knowledge of IT and information security risk management programs, control frameworks, and risk indicators used to make decisions on IT/cybersecurity risks for an organization.
+ Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong analytical skills and detail-orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Commissioned examiner from a Federal or State banking regulator.
+ Experience with auditing or managing security and technical controls using industry standard frameworks such as FFIEC, NIST, SANS, and ISO.
Physical Requirements
Requires occasional moving of articles such as boxes, accounting records, laptop computer, and portable printer.
Additional Requirements
