What You'll Be Doing

+ Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

+ Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery

+ Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for resolution

+ Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment

+ Assist in material handling, loading, and quality control processes

What Are We Looking For

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy machinery

+ Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulatory standards

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment

+ Capability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues

+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying conditions

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
