The Opportunity
The Field Service Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the field service operations through administrative coordination, data entry, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth execution of work orders, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating key processes between customers, dealers, and internal teams.
The Team
This is a permanent full-time position that reports directly to the Global Operations Lead.
Responsibilities
+ Create and maintain KPI reports within Field Service Lightning (Salesforce) to support service performance tracking.
+ Review and support purchase and warranty quotes, and assist with Work Order execution in coordination with dealers.
+ Serve as a point of contact for customers and dealers regarding order confirmations, inquiries, and service updates.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Operations, Sales, Production, and Accounting to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
+ Review, consolidate, and process Dealer Invoices for labor reimbursements and and assist with warranty orders to replenish parts for consignment inventory dealers.
+ Manage internal team orders from stock, including purchasing and reordering.
+ Coordinate and schedule dealer training sessions and assist with related logistics.
+ Support additional administrative tasks and initiatives as the Global Operations team expands.
+ Follow AGI’s Code of Business Ethics and related compliance policies.
+ Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Post-secondary education in the field of Administration, Business or equivalent experience.
+ 3-5 years' progressive experience in administrative or coordination preferably in a manufacturing or agriculture industry.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.
+ Familiarity with quoting or inventory tracking systems; Salesforce or ERP experience strongly preferred.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
