Our commitment to excellence extends to our marketing efforts, and we are seeking a Marketing Specialist of Ministry Market Service Lines to support our marketing and business development strategy.
Ascension is actively seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to fill the role of Marketing Specialist for Ministry Market Service Lines and Hospitals. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for marketing efforts related to specific service lines (i.e. Pediatrics, Women's Health, Cardiovascular, Orthopedics) and hospitals promoting the overall presence of the ministry to drive awareness, patient engagement, and positive brand perception.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Line Marketing:
+ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for designated service lines in alignment with organizational goals.
+ Lead the planning and execution of targeted campaigns to promote service line specialties, enhance patient engagement, and drive volume.
Ministry Promotion:
+ Oversee the marketing and promotion of the ministry, and its facilities to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with broader organizational initiatives.
Collaboration with Service Line Leaders:
+ Work closely with service line leaders, physicians, and clinical teams to understand key strengths, offerings, and market differentiators for each service line.
+ Align marketing efforts with service line goals and collaborate on promotional activities.
Multichannel Marketing:
+ Implement multichannel marketing approaches to reach target audiences through various platforms, including digital, traditional media, and community outreach.
+ Utilize a mix of channels such as social media, events, email marketing, and advertising to promote service lines and the ministry.
Data-Driven Insights:
+ Utilize data analytics to understand market trends, patient preferences, and competitive landscapes.
+ Derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve service line and ministry promotion.
Community Engagement:
+ Lead community engagement initiatives to build positive relationships with local communities and enhance the ministry's presence.
+ Collaborate with community organizations and partners to support health and wellness initiatives.
Budget Management:
+ Manage the marketing budget for service lines and ministry promotion, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of quality.
+ Collaborate with finance teams to track expenses and provide regular budget updates.
Requirements
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
Educational Background:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
+ Relevant certifications in healthcare marketing or related areas are a plus.
Professional Experience:
+ Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on healthcare or hospital marketing.
+ Experience in marketing specific service lines (Pediatrics, Women's Health, Cardiovascular, Orthopedics) is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies:
+ Strong strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with CRM tools and patient engagement platforms.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving marketing strategies.
