    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    The Senior Strategic Analyst is responsible for supporting new and existing member implementations, conversions and optimization to HealthTrust’s GPO portfolio of contracts. Responsibilities include working with AdvantageTrust analytics team and other stakeholders to ensure prospective customer due diligence is complete and accurate. In addition, this position is responsible for evaluation and optimization of existing HealthTrust members as it relates to contract/clinical implementation and compliance. Also responsible for performing new member recruitment cost analysis and product cross-reference comparisons ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of the program’s pricing benefits. Execute and manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program. The Sr. Strategic Analyst will work with the AdvantageTrust team to ensure contract and pricing accuracy, stay current on contract changes, and provide AdvantageTrust team with the most current contract pricing information.

    What you will do in this role:

    + Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits.

    + Ongoing cost analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program

    + Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert within the AdvantageTrust team

    + Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue

    + Facilitates implementation and cost analytics financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program

    + Participation in Request for Proposal responses, strategic supplier meetings and strategic sourcing meeting as needed

    + Facilitate data management communications to internal stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue.

    + Deliver comprehensive metrics to report overall program health and performance.

    + Evaluate and support integration of external analytic platforms (i.e. S/T Health) to assess capabilities of

    + developing internal analytic programs that support membership needs to enhance compliance and optimization

    + of HealthTrust contracts and initiatives

    + Support the design, build and monitoring of strategic reports for the purpose of member implementation,

    + enhancing member compliance, and documenting and reporting of savings

    + Performs various data collection, analysis and interpretation to support customer requirements

    + Supports AdvantageTrust Reporting and Analytics, including but not limited to benchmarking, IDN ad hoc requests, inflation/deflation reporting, and pricing program optimization

    + Assist with reporting and presentations for AdvantageTrust Member QBRs

    + Oversight for the coordination and completion of review of due-diligence process and RFP review for

    + new and existing AdvantageTrust members to assure complete and accurate comparative pricing, from/to reports and cost savings analysis

    What qualifications you will need:

    + Bachelor's degree - Required

    + Master's degree - Preferred

    + 5+ years of experience in financial/data analytics and/or healthcare industry - Required
