    BJC is looking for a HR Business Partner III.

     

    The HR Business Partner III demonstrates advanced HR advanced to expert level expertise, capabilities, knowledge and skills that includes, but is not limited to, application of business acumen, strong communication and interpersonal savvy, change management, organizational design, talent management, data analytics, performance management and coaching, and curating and architecting workforce strategy as well as ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. The HR Business Partner III works with leaders across the organization and proactively with a team of teams on best practices, needed solutions and improvements in partnership with the overall HR team including, HR operations, learning and development, total rewards, talent acquisition, data analytics, advise & counsel, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. The HRBP III provides strategic expertise regarding context interpretation, understanding trends and the impact on the organization and department, identifies interventions needed to keep the organization and results on track. The HRBP III must be able to translate appropriate interventions into tangible KPIs, data-driven success measures to achieve results.

     

    The candidate must be located in the greater St. Louis area. Will require frequent on site presence.

    The Shared Services HR team supports management efforts to build and sustain a competent, engaged workforce by providing administrative, operational and consultative support to specific client groups within the Shared Services or Corporate organization.

    Role Purpose

     

    Responsible for providing proactive HR consultation directly connected to the immediate and long term business needs of the hospital. Serves as a hands-on, progressive HR generalist who develops a thorough understanding of business challenges and related human capital needs of all assigned departments and functions and ensures alignment of the strategies and programs to the broader organizational goals. Partners with management and employees to provide service and support in a variety of HR functions, with an emphasis in performance management, employee relations, management training and organizational development, compensation and benefits administration, rewards and recognition.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilizes strong interpersonal skills and abilities to effectively interact with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.

    + Monitors and analyzes various human resource metrics and provides proactive consultation to address potential business issues.

    + Strategically partners with senior leadership to manage complex business issues including legal/employee relations, regulatory compliance, compensation/benefits, organizational development/effectiveness matters, and talent acquisition.

    + Effectively serves as a change leader or champion.

    + Manages large projects impacting the enterprise/multiple business units.
