    **Additional Information:** This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, New Vision Hotels. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

    Position Overview

    The Springhill Suites in Fort Collins, CO, a 90-room hotel, is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Operations Manager to join our leadership team. As the right hand of the General Manager, the Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the property, playing a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and a positive team culture. This position requires an energetic leader with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate and develop staff across all hotel departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.

    • Act as the primary contact in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring smooth operation and decision-making across the property.

    • Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service standards, promptly resolving guest concerns, and fostering a welcoming environment.

    • Monitor and manage operational budgets, expenses, and inventory, assisting in achieving financial goals and maximizing profitability.

    • Recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members across departments, cultivating a high-performing, engaged staff.

    • Implement procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for guests and employees alike.

    • Analyze occupancy trends, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to improve hotel performance.

    • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support local outreach and maximize room revenue.

    • Embrace a hands-on leadership style, leading by example and stepping in to assist in all areas of the hotel as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.

    • Minimum 2 years of hotel operations or management experience, preferably in a branded select-service property.

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    • Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.

    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

    • Experience with Marriott brand standards and procedures is a plus.

    Working Conditions & Benefits

    • Full-time position based at Springhill Suites, Fort Collins, CO.

    • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. Range $60,000-$65,000 per year

    The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 annually.
