Job Description
One of Insight Global's leading Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Management firms is hiring for a Sr. QHSE Associate to assist one of the leading end clients in Racine, Wisconsin!
Day to Day:
Provide functional support in the monitoring of injury, illness, and incident-related performance for consultants.
Assist with the development and implementation of complex strategic solutions to improve performance results.
Verify permits, licenses, applications, and records are stored correctly for compliance purposes.
Aid in client led Audits.
Present inspection records, complaints, and suspected violations to management with recommended solutions.
Inform the management team, clients, and employees of highly advanced control regulations and inspection findings.
Assist management in the implementation of cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years experience working within the QHSE industry
Experience working in the facilities or construction industry
Experience using Microsoft Office tools OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Certs
GSP null
