    About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our policyholders and distribution partners. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all service issues and will be adept at managing multiple tasks with a focus on delivering quality service. This role offers ample room for advancement and the opportunity to make a positive impact.

    Responsibilities and Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or a related field preferred.

     

    Minimum of two years in customer service.

     

    Strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment5.

     

    Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is highly desirable. Experience working with broker agents or having a broker license is a plus.

     

    Problem-solving skills, professional demeanor under pressure, and the ability to attract like-minded team members.

    Skills and Requirements

    * 3-5 years of customer services experience

    * Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention

    * Proficient with applicable software applications

    * Strong written and verbal communication

    * Strong aptitude for technical software products - Experience in the insurance industry null
