Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Analyst in the Dallas / Fort worth, Texas area. This role involves a dynamic mix of financial analysis, client service, and strategic planning. On a daily basis, the person will review and interpret clients financial data, model and troubleshoot cash flow issues, and tailor their work to align with each clients unique goals. Theyll prepare detailed reports and agendas for quarterly meetings, respond to client inquiries via email, and assist with opening new accounts. Much of the work is internalcollaborating with team members to stay ahead of client needs and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. A strong understanding of legal structures and how they interconnect is essential, as this knowledge informs the financial strategies being developed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and client-focused, with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt their day-to-day priorities based on evolving client goals.

Skills and Requirements

Degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics

1-2+ years of experience in capital markets, wealth management, family offices, estate planning, financial institution

Great verbal and written communication, organization, multi-tasking, detail oriented skills

Professionalism is a huge must have since they are working directly with family and business finances CFA, CPA or CFP certs

If they are coming from the big 4 accounting firms ( Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, EY)

Series 65 - they will need to be willing to work towards this if they don't already have it
