    Job Description

    Our client is seeking a Sr. BI Business Analyst to join their team! This role will be responsible for building and maintaining reports that support various business functions, including store operations, sales operations, management, and executive leadership. The individual will act as a data shepherd, managing and championing the companys data across departments. Theyll create dashboards to support what-if scenarios and business decision-making, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs. The role also involves modernizing legacy reporting systems and preparing for future integration with AI tools. The ideal candidate will also help mentor others and contribute to the broader data transformation initiative. This position is a permanent role sitting in either Pheonix, AZ or Los Angeles, CA. The base salary range is $140,000 - $150,000.

    Skills and Requirements

    35 years of experience building reports and dashboards on SAP BusinessObjects

     

    Strong technical reporting skills

     

    Experience with SAP Business Warehouse (BW) or SAP NetWeaver

     

    Familiarity with SAP Suite on HANA 2.0 (ECC 6)

     

    Interest in analytics and AI transformation

     

    Ability to create, automate, and transport reports

     

    Strong communication and collaboration with business teams Experience with SAP S/4HANA

     

    Tableau or other visualization tools

    Exposure to Teradata or similar data lake environments null
