Job Description:
The Product Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of our Tools and Chemicals product lines. This role serves as the critical liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Management, ensuring alignment across departments and driving product success from development through delivery.
Day-to-Day:
Manage the entire product portfolio for tools and HVAC maintenance chemicals.
Act as the central point of contact between cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and engineering.
Monitor product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
Support go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotional planning.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability and quality.
Provide product training and support to internal teams and external partners.

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
Proven experience managing product lines in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with tools such as:
Tube working tools
Hand tools
Sheet metal tools
Service equipment
Experience with HVAC maintenance chemicals and/or related products. Plusses:
Background in HVAC, ventilation, or heating product lines.
Experience working with both large-scale and niche product portfolios.
Understanding of supply chain logistics and product lifecycle management tools. null
