    About The Role:

    As a CBRE Sr P2P Analyst, you will be the primary critical issue contact for the client and its P2P (Procure to Pay) users as they navigate the P2P system; this includes offering support for US and Canada contacts. The Sr P2P Analyst will develop training-related communications, maintain and build system workflows, educate users on P2P processes and client policies, and will also be responsible for working with internal partners in Operations and Accounting.

     

    This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.

    What You'll Do:

    + Maintain existing client invoice, PO and Contract workflows within P2P, editing as updates are made to the client authorization document.

    + Educate BP Super Users on new system functions or gather intelligence on particular topics.

    + Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding P2P processes and capabilities.

    + Resolve sophisticated issues, including raised requests from support staff.

    + Research and support P2P modules and test processes using defined guidelines.

    + Capture information on areas of improvement and recommend changes to increase user satisfaction.

    + Log work tickets. Provide end users with a simple explanation of ways to use the systems in a more efficient manner.

    + Follow procedures for complex problems. This includes an evaluation of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into accurate system specifications.

    + Deliver correspondence, presentations, and other materials for training.

    + Point of contact for Procurement/P2P training and related day-to-day functions.

    + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

    + Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

    + Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet goal dates.

    + Explain sophisticated information to others in straightforward situations.

    What You'll Need:

    Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

     

    Experience working in Property Management and using CBRE’s P2P system is preferred.

     

    Understanding of existing procedures and standards to tackle slightly complicated problems.

     

    Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

     

    In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

     

    Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

     

    top-tier math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Procurement Analyst position is $80,000 annually [or $38.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Senior Procurement Analyst position is $90,000 annually [or $43.27 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
