Our client, a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, is seeking a Skilled - Machine Operator to join their team. As a Skilled - Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Skilled - Machine Operator

**Location:** Mason, OH

**Pay Range:** $20.80 per hour

**Shift:** 3rd Shift (Mon - Fri 11pm - 7am)

What's the Job?

+ Operate filling equipment and make minor adjustments as necessary.

+ Perform packaging of finished product packages and ensure proper sealing.

+ Monitor merchandise cases for proper weight and accurate packaging components.

+ Document production orders and maintain accurate records of materials used.

+ Participate in the 5S process and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

+ Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

+ Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

+ Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
