We’re looking for **enthusiastic, people-focused individuals** to join our **Front Desk team** . This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to launch or grow your career in hospitality, surrounded by a team that supports you every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
As a **Front Desk Agent** , you’ll be the face of our hotel — welcoming guests from around the world and helping to create unforgettable stays.
+ Greet and check in guests with a warm, engaging personality
+ Handle guest requests and resolve issues quickly with professionalism and care
+ Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, dining, shopping, and transportation
+ Assist guests with sending/receiving mail and packages
+ Be flexible and ready to support other guest service roles, including Shuttle Driver or Concierge Attendant, as needed
What You Bring to the Table:
+ A **high school diploma or equivalent**
+ A passion for **exceptional customer service**
+ Strong **verbal and written communication** skills with a friendly, outgoing approach
+ Comfort with computers and a willingness to learn our **Property Management System (PMS)**
+ Ability to **stand for the duration of your shift** and work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
