    Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Support Engineer 3 to join their team. As a Support Engineer 3, you will be part of the Customer Experience & Success organization supporting the Critical Situation Management Escalation Team. The ideal candidate will have strong incident management skills, excellent customer support capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Support Engineer 3

    **Location:** Remote

    **Pay Range:** $28/hr - $32/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Address high priority customer escalation needs for critical and high-visibility problems impacting strategic customers.

    + Participate in a 24x7 coverage schedule to provide timely and reliable responses to complex customer escalations.

    + Provide mentorship assistance regarding the escalation process to ensure successful execution.

    + Interface with various groups within the organization to drive resolution, up to the executive level as necessary.

    + Identify systemic issues and flag process breakdowns during the escalation process.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 7+ years of experience in the technology industry, specifically in customer support or incident management.

    + Strong familiarity with Microsoft products, including Azure, Office, AI, and security.

    + Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and public holidays.

    + Proven track record of effectively resolving escalations and mentoring others.

    + U.S. citizenship with a valid U.S. Passport or Real ID.
