    What will you be doing?

     

    + Makes collections calls in a courteous manner to keep accounts current

    + Works with customers regarding delinquent payments

    + Receive and post payments to customer accounts

    + Answer customer inquiries

     

    What do you bring?

     

    + Associate's degree or equivalent experience

    + 2-3 of A/R and collections experience

    + Proficiency with Excel

    + Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
