    **Job Title** : Senior FP&A Consultant – Manufacturing

    **Location:** On-Site downtown Denver, CO

    **Job Type:** Contract (2–3 months, potential for extension)

    **Experience Level:** Senior

    **Pay rate** : $65 to $85

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior FP&A Consultant** with a strong background in **global manufacturing** to join our North American FP&A team. This is a high-impact role focused on forecasting, analysis, and strategic financial planning focused on volume-based discounts, rebates, and OEM/secondary market sales.

     

    **Key Responsibilities** :

    + Lead monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting packages for senior leadership, including the CFO

    + Analyze complex sales contracts and rebate structures common in manufacturing environments

    + Collaborate closely with sales teams and channel leaders to align financial insights with business strategy

    + Support the annual budgeting process and provide value-added recommendations for process improvements

    + Prepare financial bridges, monthly forecasts, and ad hoc analysis as needed

    Qualifications:

    + 7+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in global manufacturing environments

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

    + Proven experience at senior analyst and/or manager levels

    + Strong decision-making skills and confidence in financial leadership

    + Experience with Oracle ERP and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)

    + Prior involvement in budgeting cycles and financial planning systems

    + Experience in global, complex organizational structures
