    Optical Cable Corporation, a dynamic player in the Optical Cable Industry, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various assembly projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Assembly Technician

    **Location:** Swannanoa, NC

    **Pay Rate:** $17 per hour

     

    Shift: 630a-5p, Mon thru Thurs, some Friday mornings

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assemble components and products according to specifications.

    + Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet standards.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    + Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes.

    + Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

    + Ability to follow detailed instructions and diagrams.

    + Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

    + Good communication skills and teamwork mentality.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
