Our client, a leader in the aerospace and defense industry, is seeking a Defense Electronics Technician to join their team. As a Defense Electronics Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting critical national security efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Defense Electronics Technician

**Location:** Lititz, PA

Pay Range: $22-$25/hr

**Shift:** 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

+ Test electronic units using standard test equipment and analyze results to evaluate performance.

+ Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.

+ Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings for assembling electronic units.

+ Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working independently or with engineers.

+ Maintain system logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment.

What's Needed?

+ An associate’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or military training.

+ 3+ years of related work experience in electronics or a similar field.

+ Knowledge of a wide variety of hand tools, measuring devices, and test equipment.

+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in confined areas.
