Job Title: Molding Operator

**Location:** Bloomfield, IA

**Shift:** Night Shift (4:00 pm - 4:00 am)

**Schedule:** 2 Days On, 2 Days Off, 3 Days On, 2 Days Off, 2 Days On, 3 Days Off

**Overtime:** May be required

About Us:

Join our dynamic team, where safety and teamwork are our core values. We are seeking motivated individuals to train as Molding Operators in our Molding Department.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

+ Participate in daily safety routines both individually and as a team member.

+ Operate injection molding machines and secondary machining equipment.

+ Use mechanical lifting aids to safely remove parts from machines.

+ Rotate parts through water baths or cooling rotations.

+ Inspect, tag, bag, box cooled parts, and place them on pallets, conveyors, or in bins.

Qualifications:

+ Must be 18 years or older.

+ High school diploma or GED is required.

+ Valid driver’s license (verification required).

+ General knowledge and experience with various hand tools.

+ Basic computer and math skills.

+ Proficient in English (verbal and written communication).

+ Capable of lifting approximately 20 lbs. without assistance.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete flooring.
