Our client, a dynamic leader in their industry, is seeking a Project Manager I to join their team. As a Project Manager I, you will be part of the project management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Project Manager I

**Location:** Plymouth, MN

**Pay Range:** $50/hr

What's the Job?

+ Manage and direct activities and personnel associated with small to large-scale projects focused on non-IT business applications.

+ Oversee all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the full project life cycle.

+ Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and users to identify project scope and focus.

+ Develop, monitor, and implement project initiatives, requirements, plans, processes, and tools.

+ Provide tracking, reporting, and presentations to management and users to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

+ 1-6 years of experience in project management or related fields.

+ Strong organizational and leadership skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

+ Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
