    Our client, a dynamic leader in customer engagement, is seeking a Customer Experience Planner and Operations Lead to join their team. As a Customer Experience Planner and Operations Lead, you will be part of the Graphic Experience team supporting the Sales organization and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a customer-obsessed approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

    What's the Job?

     

    + Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives that enhance the customer journey and support go-to-market operations.

    + Collaborate closely with the Sales organization, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to orchestrate internal demos, events, and programs.

    + Ensure every customer touchpoint is aligned, on-brand, and strategically delivered.

    + Manage projects, events, or demos involving multiple stakeholders with a focus on customer experience.

    + Translate insights from reporting and data tracking into actionable strategies.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 5+ years of experience in customer experience, sales operations, marketing planning, project management, or a related cross-functional role.

    + Strong cross-functional planning and coordination experience, especially in Sales-led environments.

    + Proficient in managing projects with attention to detail and follow-through.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to operate strategically and tactically in fast-paced environments.
