    Overview

     

    Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking a Urologist to support operations at the Louis Lebanon VA Medical Center located at 1700 S Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042 and surrounding clinics. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm or 7am-3:30pm, and is to include taking call and working weekends as needed. Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available.

Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers’ success as if it is their own.

    Responsibilities

    + Outpatient and inpatient medical and surgical urology care

    + Robotic DaVinci-assisted urologic surgeries

    + Female-specific urology services (see below)

    + Pre- and post-operative consults and discharge education

    + Compensation & pension exams as needed

    + Weekday and weekend call (24/7), respond within 15 minutes and arrive onsite within 60 minutes

    + Treat or transfer based on stabilization needs

    + Use VA’s EHR system (VistA)

    + Maintain timely and accurate documentation compliant with HIPAA and VA standards

    + Communicate test results per VHA Directive 1088

    + Attend M&M meetings monthly

    + Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement

    + Adhere to VA’s patient safety reporting procedures

    Qualifications

    + Board Certified in Urology.

    + Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.

    + Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.

    + NPI report printout

    + Active DEA license

    + Must be able to pass a federal background investigation

    All candidates must be able to:

    + Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift

    + Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist

    + Lift up to 20 lbs

    + Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance

    + Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
