Here’s the Gist: As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst working part time for a three (3) month period, you will play a key role in reviewing and supporting processes and/or programs assisting Wolfspeed’s compliance with regulatory compliance related areas.  In particular, this work is expected to include the following subjects: Conflict minerals, including but not limited to the collection of information and process for campaigns related to the company wide CMRT and EMRT, as well as product specific CMRT and/or EMRT. The SEC related Form SD and the Conflict Minerals Report. The use of SupplierSoft in connection with annual CMRT and/or EMRT campaigns as well as periodic inquiries from Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) and similar matters. The Responsible Business Alliance (“RBA”) membership and audit processes and programs. The Day-to-Day This part time position will be ten (10) hours per week.  Work may be performed remotely and is expected to include either in-person or Teams meetings (as agreed between employee and manager) to support information sharing and knowledge transfer. This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements): Knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance areas (e.g. familiarity with conflict minerals regulations, RMI and RBA as well as experience with CMRTs and EMRTs.) Proficiency in relevant software (SupplierSoft). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
