Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Business Program Manager to join their team. As a Business Program Manager, you will be part of the Customer Experience Strategy and Insights team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Business Program Manager

**Location:** Remote

**Pay Range:** $52/hr - $57/hr

What's the Job?

+ Support the Senior Director in strategy development and optimization to enhance customer-centric initiatives.

+ Lead annual strategy design and narrative updates for the Customer Experience & Success Team.

+ Leverage data and insights to identify growth opportunities and develop compelling business cases.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage relationships and influence senior leaders on strategic roadmaps.

+ Contribute to the operationalization of the Customer Experience Center of Excellence.

What's Needed?

+ 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.

+ A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business discipline preferred.

+ Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Power BI.

+ Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SharePoint.

+ Minimum 2-3 years of experience with AI agents.
