    Assembler – 1st Shift

     

    Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

     

    Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

     

    Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment? We’re hiring a dedicated Assembler to join a collaborative manufacturing team in Loveland, CO on a one-year contract.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Follow detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    + Perform basic assembly tasks using hand tools (experience is a plus).

    + Accurately complete required documentation and maintain production records.

    + Support a clean and safe work environment following company procedures.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality.

    + Report and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.

    + Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

    + Train new team members on equipment and procedures as needed.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently (required).

    + Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.

    + Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing setting is a plus.

    + Understanding of GMP, FDA QSR, and ISO requirements preferred.

    + Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs using proper technique.

    + Willingness to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling of materials.

    + Regular lifting, bending, and stretching.

    + Comfortable working in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.
