    **Our client, a leader in the transportation and infrastructure industry, is seeking an Electrical Sub-Assembler to join their team.** As an Electrical Sub-Assembler, you will be part of the Electrical Engineering Department supporting the Light Rail Modernization Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork orientation, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Job Title:** Electrical Sub-Assembler

    **Location:** Phoenix, AZ

    **Pay Range:** $18.58/hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Perform electronic or electro-mechanical operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies in an Out Shop environment.

    + Set-up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits using multi-meters and other electrical test tools.

    + Operate installation equipment including wire running, harness building, and power tools.

    + Conduct inspections and audits of quality control programs.

    + Assist with repairs, retesting, and rework of assemblies and systems.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Experience with electrical assembly involving large equipment (e.g., trucks, trains, aircraft).

    + Ability to pass a skills test on wire crimping and electrical tool usage.

    + Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and PPE compliance.

    + Strong team collaboration skills.

    + Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and maneuver through tight spaces.
