Our client, a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Packer

**Location:** Mason, OH

**Pay Range:** $18.07

**Shift:** 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM

What's the Job?

+ Package finished products into containers and ensure compliance with quality standards.

+ Inspect products for quality and document weights accurately.

+ Assist in the operation of machinery and report any issues immediately.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and follow the 5S process.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Willingness to assist team members and collaborate effectively.

+ Ability to follow instructions and complete paperwork as required.
