    This is a contract position that is for 3-6 months.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The VIP Interiors Installer III is responsible for the installation, modification, and refurbishment of VIP luxury aircraft interior components in accordance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards. This role requires precise craftsmanship, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard completion environment.

     

    Summary of Education, Experience & Certification

     

    High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in aircraft interiors or related field preferred.

     

    Six years" interior install experience preferably in VIP or VVIP aircraft completions. Knowledge of aircraft cabin safety standards and FAA regulatory requirements is preferred.

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    * Mathematical knowledge and ability to apply towards problem solving.

    * Exhibits hand-eye coordination skills.

    * Ability to interpret and understand engineering data, technical data, and work instructions.

    * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

    * Ability to work outside core business hours as required.

    * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and installation documentation.

    * Skilled in the use of hand and power tools related to interior installation and modification work.

    * Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

    * Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.

    Physical Requirements

    * Able to climb and work on step stools and/or ladders.

    * Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance/able to lift up to 75-100 pounds with assistance.

    * Able to work in a non-dust-free environment.

    * Normal or corrected vision and color perception to perform precise installations and detailed craftsmanship.

    * Full range of motion with both hands.

    * Able to frequently bend, twist, crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, and reach overhead-often in tight, confined, or elevated spaces or cramped areas.
