    Description

    We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a contract opportunity in Murrysville. Pay: $18. The primary responsibility of this role is to input and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Enter data accurately into internal databases, spreadsheets, or systems

     

    Verify the accuracy of data before input and correct any errors

     

    Update and maintain existing records to ensure completeness and accuracy

     

    Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

     

    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

     

    Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

     

    Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data

     

    Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent data standards

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent (required)

     

    Proven data entry experience or related administrative role

     

    Excellent typing speed and accuracy

     

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

     

    Familiarity with data entry software or databases (SAP is a plus)

     

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a related field.

     

    • Proficiency in numeric and alphanumeric data entry tasks.

    • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Familiarity with computer systems and data entry software.

    • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

    • Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.

    • Capacity to handle confidential information responsibly.
