Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical financial operations while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing receivable processes and maintaining accuracy across multiple business units.

Responsibilities:

• Handle invoice processing tasks, including coding, verifying, and reconciling invoices for various revenue streams and business units.

• Post daily cash transactions and ensure accurate entries into financial systems.

• Prepare and record journal entries to support comprehensive financial tracking.

• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between financial records and actual balances.

• Assist in month-end closing activities, including revenue analysis and reporting.

• Generate and review aging reports to monitor outstanding receivables and address discrepancies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support billing and invoicing operations.

• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all accounting functions and software systems.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all tasks.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve receivable processes and reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable operations, including billing and invoice processing.

• Experience with tasks such as cash posting, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Ability to manage month-end close processes and generate accurate financial reports.

• Familiarity with revenue reporting and aging analysis.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
