Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our industrial machinery sales team across the US. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B technical sales, particularly within the industrial machinery sector, who can drive revenue growth and inspire their team to achieve ambitious goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing strategic sales plans, building customer relationships, and leveraging technical expertise to deliver customized solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of inside and outside sales representatives, fostering growth and achieving sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
• Identify and target key industries and customer segments to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Monitor sales performance, providing coaching and actionable feedback to improve outcomes.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Utilize Epicor software to streamline sales processes and ensure seamless integration.
• Manage Salesforce systems, ensuring data accuracy and generating detailed sales reports and dashboards.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, with a focus on industrial machinery.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Experience with Epicor software in a manufacturing setting.
