Description
The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships and implementing risk prevention solutions to mitigate identity and supply chain abuse and ensure selling partners on amazon have best experience.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead business development initiatives for inventory risk, identity and supply chain verification processes.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with e-commerce companies and vendors.
Develop new business opportunities.
• Negotiate risk prevention solutions through bilateral and multilateral contracts.
• Implement and maintain compliance controls and standard operational procedures.
• Drive partner awareness, contribution, adoption, and usage of strategic solutions.
• Have technical understanding of complex data sets and APIs for driving technical integration decisions.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Bachelor's degree in Business.
- Experience in business development, risk management, or supply chains
- Strong technical understanding of data systems, APIs, and compliance requirements
- Experience in partner ecosystem development and strategic negotiations
- Proven track record of delivering results in complex environments
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
