Strategic Executive Programs is a portfolio of programs that creates 1:1 and 1:many engagements between AWS leaders and executive customers through digital and in-person opportunities. As part of our Global Executive Marketing organization, you'll design content that helps forge and strengthen relationships with influential decision-makers who are transforming their industries using AWS cloud and generative AI.
We're seeking a Senior Executive Marketing Manager to lead content strategy for key programs, including the exclusive Executive Summit at AWS re:Invent and AWS Executive Insights. The role will orchestrate executive content across digital and in-person experiences that capture the imagination of global business leaders. The candidate will have experience in each step of the content lifecycle, including messaging, storyline creation, delivery, and measurement. This position works on high visibility programs and interacts with a diverse group of globally distributed stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
• Architect compelling narratives that inspire C-suite leaders and translate cloud innovation into business transformation
• Develop and execute an annual content framework that aligns AWS priorities with executive customer needs, identifying opportunities and gaps as needed
• Drive content strategy across executive channels that amplifies AWS's vision and resonates with senior decision-makers
• Design and launch innovative programming across multiple formats (in-person events, digital experiences, vodcasts, written content) to drive executive engagement
• Provide strategic editorial direction across external executive channels to ensure message consistency and impact
• Create and curate content that shapes executive conversations and drives cloud adoption
• Build a network of speakers and thought leaders from both within AWS and across customers
• Lead the content production of Executive Summit, working with agencies and production teams
• Partner with AWS senior leadership to develop programming that addresses the most pressing challenges facing global enterprises and other customer segments
• Define and track success metrics that demonstrate measurable impact on executive engagement and business outcomes
The ideal candidate will be a strategic storyteller who can:

A day in the life
• Review upcoming executive program content needs and aligning with global stakeholders on priorities
• Lead a working session with senior AWS leaders to shape storylines for the next Executive Summit session
• Collaborate with creative agencies to transform strategic narratives into compelling presentations
• Guide a preparation session with an AWS executive speaker, helping refine their story for maximum impact
• Close your day by analyzing engagement metrics from recent digital programs and adjusting future content strategy accordingly

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience creating and executing content strategies for C-suite audiences and strong executive presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience creating and executive content strategies for C-suite audiences
- Experience in cloud computing, enterprise marketing, or digital transformation.
- Understanding basic generative AI concepts a plus.
- Experience producing large-scale executive events

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
