    Description

At AWS, we're seeking a North American Lead Principal Solutions Architect to drive digital transformation in the Energy sector. This role sits at the intersection of cloud technology and energy operations, working with organizations ranging from oil & gas to energy providers. The successful candidate will partner with energy companies to modernize their operational systems and processes, designing cloud architectures that address complex challenges in field assets and production facilities while leading technical strategy development for digital operations initiatives across the energy value chain.

Your expertise will be instrumental in helping energy companies transform their legacy operational systems into modern, cloud-based solutions that improve efficiency and reliability. Working closely with customers, you'll guide their journey from initial concept through implementation, enabling data-driven decision making and accelerating their sustainability initiatives across operations. This role requires a deep understanding of energy sector operations and challenges, combined with proven experience architecting enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
