Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

+ Handle all phases of litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

+ Collaborate with paralegals to analyze claims and execute thoughtful case strategies.

+ Advocate for clients through hearings, settlement negotiations, and trials in state and federal courts.

+ Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure transparency and excellence in representation.

+ Stay up-to-date on the latest changes in relevant laws and regulations impacting litigation matters.

Qualifications:

Education: J.D. from an accredited law school; active Missouri Bar membership is required.

+ Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiffs’ work. Trial experience is a strong plus.

+ Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication; critical thinking; strong negotiation abilities; and a meticulous attention to detail.

+ Mindset: You’re self-motivated with a passion for obtaining justice and willing to go the extra mile for your clients.
