Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our clients team in the greater Portland area. Within this role, you will be instrumental in identifying top talent, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization within the food and food processing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various roles.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain strong communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback promptly.

• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall efficiency.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.

• Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to promote employer branding.

Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.

• Strong ability to source candidates using various methods, including social media and job boards.

• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.

• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.

• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
