Description We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Shingle Springs, California. This Contract-to-long-term position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and optimize warehouse operations while contributing to a growing, dynamic company. In this role, you will lead logistics, build a high-performing team, and implement efficient systems to ensure smooth operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff to build a skilled and motivated team.

• Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

• Oversee inventory tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy and minimizing shrinkage.

• Manage order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse functions and workflows.

• Plan and prepare for operational growth by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and align operations with company goals.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and organizational standards.

• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Requirements • At least 7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with 2 or more years in a leadership role.

• Proven ability to scale operations and build high-performing teams.

• Strong understanding of safety standards and inventory management systems.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage operations and team dynamics.

• Experience with implementing and managing warehouse management systems (WMS).

• A proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Demonstrated success in process improvement and operational efficiency.

• Knowledge of best practices in warehouse layout, product handling, and order fulfillment. TalentMatch®
