    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Concept Development: Create unique and visually appealing illustrations to support product design concepts, including sketches, technical diagrams, and render-ready artwork.

    + Product Visualization: Collaborate with product designers to ensure illustrations elevate product aesthetics, enhance storytelling, and align with brand identity.

    + Creative Ideation: Generate mood boards, concept art, and detailed drafts for new products or packaging, ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audiences.

    + Prototyping Support: Work with product developers to incorporate illustrations into mockups, prototypes, and finalized designs, including digital and physical assets.

    + Brand Collaboration: Partner with marketing and branding teams to develop cohesive visuals for product campaigns, including web assets, social media content, and print materials.

    + Trend Analysis: Research and stay up-to-date on industry and cultural trends to ensure product illustrations resonate with consumers and stand out in competitive markets.

    + Detail Execution: Produce final, high-quality production-ready illustrations that follow brand guidelines and technical standards.

    + Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with multiple departments, such as product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure project objectives are met.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of illustration work with an emphasis on product design and development.

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Illustration, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

    + Design Knowledge: Experience working on products in industries such as consumer goods, fashion, home goods, or technology is highly preferred.

    + Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, or other illustration and design software. Familiarity with 3D modeling/rendering software (e.g., Rhino, Blender, or SolidWorks) is a strong plus.

    + Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in product-centric illustration, concept art for product design, and technical sketching.

    + Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for color, texture, form, and detail as it manifests in tangible product visuals.

    + Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and collaborate effectively with teams.

    + Problem-Solver: Ability to think critically and innovate design solutions for real-world product challenges.
