Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Lighthouse Point, Florida. This role involves overseeing all aspects of bookkeeping, from managing accounts payable and receivable to preparing financial statements and reconciling bank accounts. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for review and reporting purposes.

• Perform detailed bank reconciliations to ensure financial records align with bank statements.

• Utilize QuickBooks and Dynamics 365 Business Central to maintain and update financial data.

• Monitor and manage cash flow to support business operations.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Generate and analyze financial reports to assist in decision-making processes.

• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy.

• Maintain organized and secure records of all financial transactions. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Expertise in preparing financial statements and performing bank reconciliations.

• Advanced skills in Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
