Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for an individual contributor to serve as a Benefits Manager contractor starting immediately for our client located in Commerce, GA. This role is 100% onsite. Our client is looking for an experienced Manager of Benefits to oversee the administration and optimization of employee benefits programs. This is a long-term contract position based in Commerce, Georgia, offering a dynamic opportunity to work independently while contributing to the organization's benefits strategy. There is a possibility that this role could go contract to full time. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge in benefits management and a proactive approach to educating employees on their options.

Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, COBRA, 401(k), and other offerings.

• Collaborate with benefits brokers to ensure seamless execution and compliance of benefit plans.

• Lead open enrollment meetings to educate employees on their options and guide them through the selection process.

• Audit current benefits programs and establish efficient processes for ongoing management.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, providing clear and accurate information.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize benefit offerings and improve employee satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies related to benefits administration.

• Partner with external vendors to streamline benefits-related operations and maintain effective communication.

• Work autonomously to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions with minimal oversight.

• Provide detailed reporting and analysis on benefits utilization and trends to support decision-making

Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in benefits administration with a focus on attention to detail.

• Comprehensive knowledge of COBRA, 401(k), and other employee benefit programs.

• Proven ability to manage relationships with benefits brokers and external vendors.

• Strong expertise in conducting benefits audits and developing streamlined processes.

• Excellent communication skills to educate employees and address inquiries effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulations related to benefits.

• Advanced analytical skills to assess benefits data and provide actionable insights.
