Description

Robert Half is looking for a Public Relations Specialist for a contract opportunity with a leading B2B professional services client based in Washington Dc. This role requires an expert in brand visibility, speaking engagement coordination, and strategic public relations to elevate the client’s presence across multiple channels. If you are passionate about developing impactful communication campaigns and building strong media relationships, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to boost brand awareness and visibility in the B2B space.

+ Manage creation, approval, and distribution of press releases and media communications to target audiences.

+ Collaborate closely with marketing and internal teams to design and execute effective B2B campaigns aligned with business objectives.

+ Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to create visually compelling collateral including brochures, digital ads, and social media content.

+ Maintain and update content management systems to ensure all brand information is current and accurate.

+ Oversee editorial calendars to synchronize content and campaign rollout for maximum impact.

+ Monitor media coverage and social media analytics using tools such as Facebook Insights, providing insights to refine strategies.

+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other key stakeholders.

+ Plan and execute corporate social media initiatives to increase audience engagement and brand loyalty.

+ Write and edit high-quality content Washington Dc

Requirements

•Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in public relations, preferably in B2B professional services or related industries.

+ Strong understanding of branding, speaking engagements, and visibility tactics.

+ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

+ Experience managing content management systems and editorial calendars.

+ Analytical skills to monitor media and social performance metrics.

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for media and internal stakeholder management.

+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details:

+ Contract role with competitive hourly rate.

+ Location: DMV
