    Description We are looking for a meticulous and self-driven Data Operations Specialist to join our team in Holland NT, Ohio. This role is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to transition into a long-term role based on performance. The ideal candidate will excel in managing metadata, ensuring data accuracy, and working independently to resolve operational challenges.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize and maintain title-level metadata in appropriate systems to ensure accurate and timely updates.

    • Coordinate with relevant teams to adjust and validate data, ensuring it meets required standards.

    • Perform operational tasks such as filtering, comparing, and contrasting data lists.

    • Utilize Excel for advanced functions like VLOOKUPs to manage and analyze data efficiently.

    • Work with AirTable to update real-time databases and integrate programming interfaces.

    • Solve problems independently while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring data integrity.

    • Communicate effectively with team members to address data-related concerns.

    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring smooth workflows.

    • Ensure all operational processes align with company standards and objectives. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs and data filtering.

    • Experience with AirTable or similar real-time database tools.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

    • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in metadata and operational tasks.

    • Proven problem-solving skills to address and resolve data-related challenges.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and inbound call handling is a plus.
