    We’re looking for a driven recent graduate with at least 1 year of experience to join our client’s team as an Entry-Level Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis.     Duties:

    + Perform accounts receivable and billing

    + Assist with reporting and reconciliation

    + Collect, mine, monitor and review data

    + Process financial transactions - tracking time and expenses

    + Assist in the preparation of reports

    + Perform data entry, verification, and back-up; and maintain database ·

    + Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or similar Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

    + MUST have Intermediate skills in MicroSoft Excel (Pivots, V-lookups, formulas, Etc.)

    + Some experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable desired

    + Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented, self-motivated and organized

    + Good communication and presentation skills – verbal and oral

    + Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
