    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this Contract to Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and office management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a meticulous demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and paperwork processing, to support daily office operations.

    • Manage inbound calls and operate the phone switchboard efficiently, ensuring excellent communication with vendors, customers, and guests.

    • Maintain and organize vendor files while fostering strong vendor relationships.

    • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including documentation and labeling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    • Scan and manage documents using scanning tools and equipment, maintaining a high level of file organization.

    • Compose form letters and other well-crafted correspondence as needed.

    • Assist customers and guests with inquiries, providing exceptional service and maintaining a pleasant phone manner.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting purposes.

    • Ensure office supplies are organized and replenish stock as necessary to maintain smooth operations.

    • Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Experience operating multi-line phone switchboards.

    • Ability to handle shipping and receiving tasks, including documentation and labeling.

    • Familiarity with scanning equipment and document management.
